Return and Refund Policy – Bulk Ear Candles
(For U.S. and Canadian Customers)
At Bulk Ear Candles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Whether you’re shopping from the United States or Canada, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund process. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and how to return items if needed.
This policy complies with Google Merchant Center requirements, U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, and Canadian consumer protection laws, including provincial regulations.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe:
- U.S. Customers: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Canadian Customers: You have a 10-day cooling-off period to cancel your order for any reason. After that, returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund. - Proof of Purchase:
A valid order confirmation or receipt is required to process any return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded, unless defective or received in error:
- Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., ear candles) if packaging has been opened or tampered with
- Custom, personalized, or private-label orders
- Wholesale or bulk purchases (unless otherwise agreed in writing)
- Promotional, discounted, or clearance items marked as “final sale”
- Digital goods or services (if applicable)
⚠️ Important: Due to health and safety regulations, opened ear candles cannot be returned. This aligns with public health standards in both the U.S. and Canada.

3. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to start a return:
- Contact Us
Email us at refund@lightsteelblue-dove-269985.hostingersite.com with:- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (if reporting damage or defect)
- Get Your RMA
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. - Ship the Item
- Package the item securely.
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
- Ship to the address we provide.
📦 Return Shipping Costs:
- Change of mind / non-defective returns: Customer pays return shipping (U.S. & Canada).
- Wrong item, damage, or defect: We cover return shipping and will provide a prepaid return label.
❌ We do not accept COD (cash-on-delivery) packages.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, we will issue a full or partial refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Taxes (including GST/HST/PST in Canada) will be refunded where applicable.
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time (typically 3–10 days) to reflect the refund.
5. Partial Refunds
We may issue a partial refund if:
- The item is returned used, damaged, or without original packaging
- Accessories, free gifts, or promotional items are missing (you may be charged their value)
- The product does not meet return eligibility criteria
You will be notified if a partial refund is applied.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different product:
- Return the original item (if eligible)
- Place a new order for the desired item
You may do both at the same time to reduce wait time.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Not what you ordered

- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
- Description of the problem
We will:
- Replace the item at no cost, or
- Issue a full refund, including original shipping fees
We cover all return shipping costs in these cases.
8. Order Cancellations
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order anytime before it ships. Contact us immediately at refund@lightsteelblue-dove-269985.hostingersite.com .
- After Shipment: Cancellation is not possible, but you may return the item upon delivery under our return policy.
9. International Returns (Canada-Specific Notes)
For Canadian customers ordering from our U.S. warehouse:
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
- Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are non-refundable by Bulk Ear Candles. You may be able to claim these back through your local customs authority.
- All returns must be prepaid and include tracking.
- We cannot accept packages shipped C.O.D.
10. Restocking Fees
- We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.
- However, items must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories to qualify for a full refund.
11. Your Legal Rights
🇺🇸 U.S. Customers
This policy does not affect your rights under the Federal Trade Commission’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, which guarantees shipment within 30 days or requires cancellation and refund if delayed.
🇨🇦 Canadian Customers
You have statutory rights under provincial and federal consumer laws, including:
- The right to cancel within 10 days (cooling-off period) for most purchases
- Protection against false or misleading advertising
- The right to receive goods as described
Our policy does not limit these rights.
Note: Quebec consumer law is particularly protective. If you are a Quebec resident, you may have additional rights, including extended cancellation periods for certain contracts.
