2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing may take up to 3 business days.

- A shipping confirmation email (with tracking) will be sent when your package leaves our warehouse.
We will notify you promptly if any unexpected delays occur.

Delivery times are estimates and begin after processing. They may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs
- U.S. Orders:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and service.
Free shipping may be available on select orders—details are shown during checkout. - Canadian Orders:
Flat-rate or weight-based shipping fees apply.
Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically—terms apply. - International Orders (outside U.S. & Canada):
Rates vary by country, weight, and carrier. Calculated at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with:

- Most carriers update tracking within 24–48 hours after shipment.

If tracking isn’t updating or your package seems delayed, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
6. International & Cross-Border Shipping (Canada & Global)

- All international orders (including Canada) may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees.
- These charges are set by your local government and are not included in your order or shipping total.
- You are responsible for paying these fees upon delivery.
- We cannot refund duties or taxes, nor can we mark packages as “gifts” or “zero value” to avoid customs.

You may be charged GST, HST, or PST depending on your province. These are collected by the carrier (e.g., Canada Post, FedEx) upon delivery.
❌ Prohibited & Restricted Countries
We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain countries due to legal, logistical, or carrier limitations. If your country isn’t available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
📦 Lost Packages
- If your package hasn’t arrived within 15 business days (U.S.) or 25 business days (Canada & international), please contact us.
- We will:
- Work with the carrier to locate your package
- Reship your order or issue a refund if the package is confirmed lost
Note: We cannot reship or refund until the carrier declares the package lost (usually after 15–30 days).
💥 Damaged Packages
- If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and product
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including shipping.
8. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Shipments
- It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
- We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
- Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.
If a package is returned to us due to:
- An incomplete/incorrect address
- Refusal of delivery
- Unclaimed customs fees
👉 You will be responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Reshipping fees (if you want it resent)
- Or you may choose a refund minus original shipping costs
